With more than 25 years of experience across global corporations, private enterprises, and ministry organizations, Holly has seen firsthand what kind of leadership enables people to bring their best. From launching her first business in 1995 to serving as Vice President of Global Accounts, Director of Sales, and a Ministry Director, Holly has repeatedly validated the core conviction that guides her coaching today: a true care for people must come first.
